Privacy & KVKK Notice
How Dynex handles the personal data you share when joining the early access list.
This is a template notice. Before launch, have it reviewed and finalised by a qualified legal advisor to ensure full compliance with KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where relevant, GDPR.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is Dynex Wellness ("Dynex", "we"). For any request regarding your personal data, you can reach us at hello@dynexwellness.com.
2. What data we collect
When you join the early access list we collect the email address you provide and, optionally, your first name. We also record your language preference, the source of the signup and the time of your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed solely to add you to the Dynex early access list, to send you meaningful launch and product updates, and to contact you when the app becomes available.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by checking the consent box in the signup form (KVKK Art. 5/1 and, where applicable, GDPR Art. 6/1-a).
5. Sharing & transfers
Your data is stored using our infrastructure provider(s) and may be processed on servers located outside your country. We do not sell your data.
6. Retention
We keep your data until the early access programme ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@dynexwellness.com.
